Exhibitors are welcome to attend all conference events, receptions, sessions, and workshops. We do ask that you be sure your booth is staffed while the exhibit halls are open. Some events do require purchasing a ticket prior to conference. |

Children |
For their safety, we strongly suggest that children are not brought into the exhibit halls during set-up and breakdown. Children are only allowed in the exhibit halls on Tuesday, June 12 between 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. and must be accompanied by a registered adult at all times. |
Exhibits |
The exhibit halls will be open for business on: Monday, June 11 between 11:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 12 between 9:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. Lunch will be served for exhibitors only starting at 11:00 a.m. on Monday. This way exhibitors can eat before the crowds arrive.

Hotels |
MML has arranged for discount hotel room rates with twelve Ocean City hotels. These rates are available until May 4, 2018 after which the hotel may or may not honor the discounted rates. |

Set up, move in, breakdown |
Exhibit set up Sunday, June 10 between 1:00 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. To avoid a longjam at the loading dock, all exhibtiors will be assigned a move-in time slot. Details. Halls close promptly at 5:30 p.m. Monday set-up time For exhibitors that have a small or quick booth display setup, there will be time available on Monday morning, June 11 between 8:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m for last minute set ups. You must notify MML in advance if you plan to move in on Monday morning or your booth may be given to another vendor. Shipping |
The convention center staff manage and make the arrangements for all items going into or leaving from the convention center. Details here. If needed the convention center may be reached at 410-289-2900. There will a table located inside Hall AB near the 100 aisle on Sunday (after 1 p.m.) and on Tuesday (after 2 p.m.) for onsite assistance with any non-registration related issues.
